A significant share of sub-Saharan land is not formally registered (World Bank LGAF). Cotonou, Porto-Novo and Abomey-Calavi concentrate strong demand for enforceable titles.
Approach
Hybrid blockchain (BSC + private layer), soulbound tokens, double notary + surveyor verification. Institutional dialogue with ANDF and CNDP registration: Year 1 target.
