Multilingual NLP · Fon, Yoruba, Wolof

Culturally grounded vocabulary, Bible-grounded anchoring for Fon and Yoruba. Wolof addition planned Q3 2026 for Senegal.

Land scoring engine

Automatic per-parcel risk scoring (title, neighborhood, history). In-house R&D with PropTech university labs.

Sovereign multi-tenant architecture

Jurisdiction isolation (Benin → Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal) while sharing common blockchain infrastructure.

Immutable audit & OHADA compliance

Append-only PostgreSQL, severity-tagged traceability. CNDP registration, GDPR alignment, SOC 2 and ISO 27001: Year 1 target.

Land token standards (ERC-5114)

Research on soulbound tokens for land titles. Technical note publication planned Q2 2026.

African document OCR

Structured extraction from scanned administrative documents (RCCM, IFU, land certificates). >95% accuracy on the Beninese corpus.

Intelligence model

LLM in the loop. Never in the driver's seat.

The Lab follows a strict rule from AYI: no sensitive transaction runs without explicit human confirmation. Models assist; they never sign.
