Personal data & sovereign hosting.
As a Beninese entity processing personal data, AYITech is required to declare to Benin's Commission Nationale d'Informatique et des Libertés (CNDP): this declaration is a Year 1 target. For EU-resident contacts, alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is also a Year 1 target.
Collected data (name, email, organisation, message) is used solely to respond to commercial, press or partnership inquiries and for compliance (audit, AML/CFT). Retention: 10 years for compliance records, otherwise 3 years after last active contact.
Default infrastructure hosting in Africa. Each institutional environment is isolated per jurisdiction (multi-tenant architecture).
